Therefore, we coach our sellers through prepping their property to ensure they are set up for success. Once we do a walkthrough and give our sellers a tiny bit of homework, we order professional photographers that we work with on a routine basis to ensure the best angles are taken of our listings.
The power of the internet does a great deal to spread the word about a listed property as soon as it is listed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). However, additional exposure is put in front of Agents and Brokers to ensure they also saw the listing and share to their buyers.

Every property is unique and it is our job as Realtors to ensure prospective buyers know the nooks and crannies of what the property offers. This extends to finding out what maintenance items have been done to the property, upgrades, renovations, etc. A buyer will feel that much more comfortable knowing a seller has lovingly cared for the home vs. purchasing a neglected property with very little information to work off of.
